Amazing fantastic so convenient so efficient, we had pulled a bunch of things out of storage and we're prepping to move and donate some of them, so we thought it would be a nice treat to have them come pick up a bunch of things for overnight service so we could pack them up and go through them. 3 HUGE bags of laundry I thought was nearly 100lbs of clothes, (actually was close to 60) done with very little thinking and for less than $$$ than I thought.  If you do laundry at any of these nearby apartments with a wash card, stop. Use mays. They're awesome. The cost is LESS than the laundry machines run by "WASH" for the same amount of clothing. 8lbs is the max load in their speed queens in my complex, at 2.25$ to wash, and $2.50 to dry, and they only let you load a minimum of $15 on the card, with no way to get the remaining funds off.  Not to mention lugging heavy laundry bags all across the complex.  Total ripoff. Mad at myself for even buying the card lol. Can't stress enough: best laundromat around. I've also used the self service inside and liked the machines and cleanliness but the pickup and delivery was what pushed me to write this loooong 5☆ review.

I have been using Mays Laundromat service for several months now.  Their pick up and delivery service is so convenient.  All my clothes come back quickly, clean and neatly folded, better than I can do it myself.  I am a busy person. Update: Was reached back after my voicemail and was offered a free wash and dry next time im in, exceptional customer service they clearly care about their customers. I reached out via voicemail to let them know that Washer 31 doesnt work. I wasted 8$ to find that out for myself which is quite the gut punch. I like this place its nice and if you go on the right days its quiet which is also a plus. Its coin operated, that i absolutley love, i hate using my card. I did catch a glimpse of a child playing in one of the lower dryers before, i thought that was gross. Id avoid the lower dryers if i were you. I can’t recommend this laundromat enough! The facility is always spotless, the machines are efficient, and there’s plenty of them—no waiting around. The staff is incredibly friendly. It was my third time using this laundromat, and not only is it in a convenient location for me to wash and dry my clothes, as it’s located closely to my work, but I had the pleasure of speaking to the owners who are some of the most kind hearted individuals I’ve ever met! Using a facility to wash your clothes is one thing, but when you are able to connect with the people who are running the business and even see the quality of the services they provide, it truly makes a big difference. What do you do when your washing machine dies, you have a lot of laundry, and are headed out of town the next day? Find a laundromat that takes credit cards!
